Acoustic spray plastering to reduce reverberation
Acospray is a seamless acoustic spray plaster. Acosorb can apply the product to basically any surface by means of a single process. It can also be applied in any thickness required to walls and ceilings of any dimensions. The product is available in an extensive range of colours and with a floated or coarse-grained finish.
Improve acoustics and save energy
Optimum acoustics and energy savings go hand in hand. A 3.5 cm layer of plaster sprayed directly onto the surface to be treated is sufficient to achieve an alpha w value of 1.0. Furthermore, Acospray’s thermal insulation properties prevent the leakage of energy to other parts of the building. Savings of between 5% and 10% are no exception in this regard.
Natural, sustainable and safe sound absorption
This spray plaster comprises primarily recycled natural cellulose fibres. Acosorb also includes various additives, with a view to optimising both the life span and fire safety of the product. Acospray is sprayed using a water-based polymer. Use of the absolute minimum amount of borates implies that Acospray is well within the EU standard of 5%, and therefore safe for our contractors and customers alike.
Clear maintenance recommendations and a five-year warranty
This material can be conveniently cleaned using a vacuum cleaner fitted with a soft brush attachment. Furthermore, Acosorb issues clear maintenance recommendations and provides support services in the form of Acocare. In the event of minor damage to the plasterwork, local repairs can be carried out conveniently. Acosorb also gives a five-year warranty on both the adhesion and acoustic properties of Acospray.
